Since 1998 OM OF NM has been registered organic by the New Mexico Organic Commodity Commission and is now fully certified organic.

Farmers’ Market: we sell our fresh fruit, produce, and products at the Sierra County market in Ralph Edwards Park in Truth or Consequences between early June and late October. In 1998 we were among the founders of this small, but growing Saturday morning market and frequently participate when we have crops to share.

Herb Farm and Distilled Products: we grow organic lavender, French mint, lemon verbena, wild-crafted basil, rose geranium, heirloom roses, each of which we steam-distill to produce hydrosols and essential oils for aromatherapy.  We sell these at the Farmers’ Market, and at this online spa store: http://www.iowebshop.com/om-of-nm.html

World-Class Balsamic Vinegar: this is not cologne- quality vinegar for salads, but a much rarer perfume-quality condiment very few people have tasted.  We grow our own organic, traditional Roman grapes, and for a minimum of 12 years, we age the simmered, fermented juice in Renzi wood casks from Modena, Italy.  This rare product is available online at www.organicbalsamic.com, on a limited basis at our nearby Farmers’ Market, or as part of a pre-arranged onsite tour of our facilities.
